Do I have to disable my pop-up blocker?

In order to proceed to the checkout, you must either disable your pop-up blocker, or allow pop-ups from the Pentron website. Be sure to do the same for any internet security software you may have installed on your computer.

How will the Volume Discount be applied to my order?

All Volume Discounts will automatically be applied at checkout. You will see that the ”discount” amount will be displayed with your items in your shopping cart when the requirements of a Volume Discount have been fulfilled.

How do I receive a promotional discount on my order?

Some promotions are fully automated, while others require the input of a promotion code at checkout. To take advantage of automated promotions, click the offer on a product page or the promotions page and the website will walk you through the requirements of applying the promotion to your order. Adding a promotion code at checkout will apply the offer/discount which will then be reflected in your cart.

Where do I find the promotional sale price in the shopping cart?

Pentron Clinical will apply offer discounts at checkout. Your promotional savings (discount) will show for each item in your shopping cart and at final checkout.

Can I ship to my other offices?

If you are an existing web customer, when you log in, all of your 'ship to' addresses will be listed for you to choose from. Just click on the appropriate address at checkout.

If you are a new customer, you can browse the store, add items to your cart and register at checkout for an account.

*If you wish to ship to several offices, you will have to enter a separate order for each address.

Can I use my line of credit with Pentron Clinical when ordering on the web?

No, only credit card orders are accepted when ordering online.

Is the Pentron Clinical website secure?

Yes. http://www.pentron.com is a secured site. All transactions processed are secured. To verify that you are in a secure site, look at your web browser address. If 'https://' is displayed, the site is secure.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

Yes we do. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Payment for web orders must be on a credit card.

In which states will taxes be applied?

Orders shipping to states that have sales tax, will have sales tax automatically applied to each order. If you are tax exempt, please fax your exempt certificate to:

How do I get information regarding my account balance?

Please call 1-800-551-0283 and press option #1. We will answer any questions you might have about your account.

How do I get information on a backorder?

A confirmation email will automatically be sent to you. The email will state which items are available and what is on backorder. If you have questions on a backorder, please call 1-800-551-0283, option # 1, and a customer service representative will be able to assist you.

Who do I contact if I have any questions about a product?

Please contact Technical Support at 1-800-551-0283 and press # 2, or email our Technical Department at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). If you are experiencing any difficulty using a product, please be prepared to provide your customer number, name, address, product name, and lot number (this is located on the product label along with the expiration date).

How do I send a product back for credit or replacement?

For Pentron Clinical Products:

Option 1: Use the link provided below to email our Customer Service Department. Include in your email your customer number, name, address, and the details of the product(s) you wish to return. The Sales Department will reply back to you with a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the material back. .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Option 2: Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-551-0283 and press option #1. A customer service representative will generate a return authorization number for you to include with your returned product. They will provide instructions on how to send the material back.

For Laboratory Products:

Please call Zahn Dental at 1-800-243-3100. A customer service representative will be able to provide you with a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

How do I place an order for a Pentron Clinical Laboratory product?

Pentron Clinical has a distribution agreement for Sculpture® Plus, FibreKor® Reinforced Composite, and TempSpan® Indirect with Henry Schein, Inc. All orders for these products should be directed to Zahn Dental at 1-800-243-3100 or www.zahndental.com.

What shipping methods are available for Puerto Rico?

We can ship to Puerto Rico through the United States Post Office Priority service. There is a limit of 70 lbs on each shipment.

How do I place an order from outside the United States?

Please go to 'Contact Us', click on the 'International Distributor List', and then click on your country to view the name and contact information for your local distributor.
