Q. What is First Fill temporary filling material used for?
A. First Fill temporary filling material was designed for the fabrication of small to moderate sized provisional restorations; it’s ideal for temporary inlays and onlays. Once cured, it remains in a semi-flexible state to provide easy removal of the material even when slight undercuts are present, and it will not damage margins.
Q. Is First Fill temporary filling material light-cure or self-cure?
A. First Fill temporary filling material is a light-curable material only.
Q. Once light-cured, is First Fill temporary filling material tough to remove?
A. No. First Fill temporary filling material remains in a semi-flexible state for easy removal when the provisional period is over.
Q. How long should I light-cure First Fill temporary filling material for?
A. Pentron Clinical recommends light-curing First Fill material for 40 seconds per 5mm increment.
