Dear Valued Customer,
As you know, Pentron Clinical is now a division of Sybron Dental Specialties (SDS). As a result, during the past year Pentron Clinical has gone through several positive changes, all while preserving our commitment to our customers and dedication to product quality and innovation.
At this point, we would like to make you aware of some additional transitions taking place at Pentron Clinical that may slightly alter the way you do business with us. Starting in November 2009, Pentron Clinical’s product production will be moved from Wallingford, CT to Orange, CA. Rest assured we are doing everything possible to minimize any impact on you, our valued customer. There will be no change to the quality and value you have come to expect from Pentron Clinical products.
However, it is important to communicate that there will be some visible changes to you as a result of the transition of our manufacturing and production. The following changes are effective on or about November 1, 2009:
1. We are pleased to announce you will begin receiving monthly statements. These statements will summarize your account activity for the current month, including invoices, payments, and credits.
2. We would also like to take this opportunity to inform you that we have changed our remittance information. Effective November 1, 2009, all remittance information should be sent to:

3. Currently Pentron charges sales tax only in Connecticut and California. In order to comply with state statute, Pentron will begin assessing sales tax nationwide on certain products effective November 1, 2009. To avoid being assessed, please send or fax a copy of your Resale/Tax Exemption Certificate to:

Unfortunately, sales tax will be automatically assessed if we have not received your Resale/Tax Exemption by October 30th, 2009. We appreciate your timely response to this request.
4. Since our products will now be shipped to you from California (vs. Connecticut) you will see some adjustments in delivery time and/or shipping and handling charges. Again, we are working diligently to try and maintain, if not improve, your current delivery times and shipping charges. Free shipping will still be available on orders over $250 placed via www.pentron.com.
5. Also as part of this transition, we are revamping our website (www.Pentron.com) to be faster, provide additional product information, easier ordering and improve functionality. Starting in November, you will see these changes to www.pentron.com aimed at providing an improved customer experience.
To summarize, we are excited about these changes at Pentron Clinical and how they will help us continue to develop innovative new products and provide you with the quality and value you expect from our products.
