As you know, Pentron Clinical is now a division of Sybron Dental Specialties (SDS). As a result, during the past year Pentron Clinical has gone through several positive changes, all while preserving our commitment to our customers and dedication to product quality and innovation.
At this point, we would like to make you aware of an exciting new change with our website. Starting in November 2009, Pentron Clinical's website (www.pentron.com) will be revamped to process orders faster, provide additional product information, easier ordering and improve functionality. The changes you will see are all aimed at providing you with an improved customer experience on www.pentron.com .
Some of the things to look for are:
- www.pentron.com will now be linked to a new webstore with improved purchasing and order tracking functionality.
- You will be able to browse the Pentron website for product information, education and CE opportunities, promotions, etc. or you will be able to go directly to the webstore.
- As an existing customer you have been assigned a new account number and will need to reset your password.
- During your first visit to the webstore you will sign in with your existing username and a temporary password - your temporary password is your new account #. You will then be prompted to create a new password. If you have forgotten your username, you will be able to retrieve it via a link on the login page.
